Oakley loves unexpected themes and unique challenges and this is just one reason she is a perfect fit as Assistant Operations Manager.  She started with Palate in 2018 after working in the country club industry holding many different positions from server to management. The experience she gained in the high profile country clubs sharpened her skills with the logistics and operations of events as well customer relations. As the Assistant Operations Manager, Oakley is the magic behind bringing the visions and desires of both the sales manager and client to life. She takes care of the moving pieces to ensure successful events for both Palate Catering & Design and Loudermilk Conference Center. Oakley believes in the company mission statement and works hard to provide extraordinary experiences and leave lasting impressions on all of the events she handles. She is constantly inspiring the teams to raise the bar in creativity and innovation and believes that every event is important no matter the size or budget.   

Foodie Facts: Oakley dreams of staying in a Tuscan Villa and living on bread, cheese & wine. 

Fun Facts: Oakley takes improv classes and enjoys traveling to Europe.
