From restaurant management to catering sales, Ginny Hatch brings a wealth of knowledge to the team as Safari Hospitality’s General Manager of Palate Catering & Design and Loudermilk Conference Center. Although Ginny is fairly new to the SHM family she is already proving to be a great asset to the business in terms of generating leads, assisting the sales team and managing the daily office operations. Ginny has her hands in many parts of the business including marketing, social media, and menu designs. The experience and work ethic she has accumulated over the past 20 years in the restaurant and hospitality industry helps in the diversity of her role. She is able to focus on the back end of the business while keeping the client’s needs paramount. Ginny strives to work through the mission statement providing extraordinary experiences and leaving lasting impressions as she says, “This is the key to making our clients happy. A happy client can lead to 5 more. We have to perfect every detail. Someone’s big day is in our hands.”
FOODIE FACTS: Ginny loves planning parties and enjoys using old recipes passed down from her family but with her own new spin.
FUN FACTS: Ginny’s favorite show as a child was the Muppets and she still has her Kermit the Frog doll. She dreams of taking a culinary tour through Italy.
